SEE17 Workshop/Training Day!

This year we are offering something different. You wanted more in-depth training and learning workshops, and we listened!
Look through the workshop options below to learn more. There are a lot of moving parts this year, so don’t hesitate to reach out to Ashley (aluttrell@LTCinsight.com) if you need help or clarification.

 

Important Information:

 

  1. The Super User Leader Workshop (part 2) includes the Friday AM Workshop Pass. If you are attending the Super User Leader Workshop, you will only have an additional fee on Friday IF you want to participate in one of the PM Workshops.
  2. The ASUG (Americas’ SAP Users’ Group) Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter Meeting is also on Friday, co-located with our workshops. We will provide content for a Super User session track within that ASUG meeting. There is no cost for you to attend any of the ASUG sessions, but you will need to register separately through ASUG.com. (watch for ASUG registration instructions).
  3. The Friday AM Workshop Pass includes a session from 8:30-10:00am, which is at the same time as the ASUG Keynote.

Part 2

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm

(Will be taking what you learned in Part 1 and working with/coaching Super Users on the framework. *See the Storytelling Workshop description below with the AM Workshop Pass*)

Title:

99 tips and tricks every SAP Super User should know.

Time: 8:00am - 9:30am

Description: Constance and Gus are proud to bring to you a training SAP session like no other. They will present 99 tips and tricks every SAP Super User should know by heart. During a fun and exciting presentation the audience will hear about those must know tricks that make everyone's SAP activities more efficient. Between sets of tips & tricks Constance and Gus will share super user stories they have heard during their combined 40 years of experience working with ERP systems users. 

This is a fun session where two distinct industries meet to share technical knowledge and interesting user stories.  

** Title: Storytelling (John Geraci of CI Squared)

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Description: We are excited to introduce a new workshop/session this year! Have you heard the buzz word – Storytelling? Storytelling expert John Geraci, from CI Squared, will break down how you can use STORY to influence others in business. Learn STORY framework and how to tell stories that make the right point in your Super User conversations. SEE firsthand how story can make a difference in your next conversation.

** This session is Part 2 of the Super User Leader Workshop. Super Users who sign up for this pass will be joining the Super User Leaders. The Super User Leaders will be taking what they did on Wednesday during Part 1 of their workshop and working with/coaching the additional attendees on the Storytelling framework. **

PM Workshop Pass:

 

- Each workshop will run from 1:00 – 4:00pm.

- Each workshop has a different audience.

- The AM Storytelling Workshop will support all three PM workshops.

Title: Stepping Stones: How to Move Your Super User Program From “By Default” to “By Design”

 

Audience: Emerging Communities; Super Users who are in this role by default of self appointment, but your company does not have a formal program.

 

In this workshop you will go through exercises to:

-Discuss activities happening in the current state.

-Identify missed opportunities in the current state.

-Go through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) type of activity to help in framing a plan.

-Build a plan for selling the idea, building support, and taking your company to the next step.

Title: We’ve Kicked Off Our Super User Program, Now What?
 

Audience: New Super User Programs, Super User Leaders and Super Users who are in a new Program.

 

In this workshop you will:

-Take an inventory of what you have in place.

-Go through a SWOT type activity to help frame your plan.

-Walk through the SAPinsight SUPERmodel as a framework for sustainability and maturity.

-Develop an action plan.

Title: From Good to Great: Exploring More Advanced Practices of a Mature Super User Program

 

Audience: Mature Super User Programs, Super User Leaders and Super Users who are in a mature program looking for new ideas and approaches.

 

In this workshop you will:

-Learn about the difference models being used by other programs.

-Go through a SWOT type activity to help frame your plan.

-Walk through the SAPinsight SUPERmodel as a framework for sustainability and maturity.

-Participate in a governance activity.

-Participate in a metrics and ROI activity.

-Build an innovation plan.
