SAPinsight is an SAP resource center for the business user.  This includes super/power users, management, business analysts and transaction end users. SAPinsight focuses on the needs of this audience in performing and supporting transactions and SAP enabled processes day to day. This site is not designed to support the information needs of configuration, basis or other technical users.

SAPinsight was formed to address the gap in support resources for the business users. Many sites provide SAP information. However, these sites co-mingle information for all audiences. In doing this, our target audience can be left out.

The concept for SAPinsight was developed by LTC. A Knowledge Council was formed to steer the design direction to meet the needs of companies who use SAP.

The SAPinsight Knowledge Council was a group of decision makers from SAP customer companies that have SAP implemented. This council directed the design of SAPinsight to ensure the concept had merit in meeting the SAP knowledge needs of their business users.
